Lion & Bear is a monthly subscription service that delivers carefully curated books straight to your doorstep. Each set is tailored to your child’s age and reading level, making it easy to discover new stories and foster a love for reading.

You can choose between:

• One-Time: Ideal for trying out our service or as a special gift.
• Recurring Subscription: Enjoy monthly deliveries with a special discount. This option ensures you never miss out on new stories and saves you money.

We offer three subscription options based on age groups:

• The Wonderer (0-2 years): Perfect for the youngest readers with playful stories and delightful illustrations.
• The Explorer (3-5 years): Ideal for curious minds ready for fun-filled adventures.
• The Adventurer (0-5 years): Designed for families with multiple children that want options.

Select the set that best matches your child’s age and interests.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada for your first month of subscription. After the first month, shipping costs will be calculated and applied each month.

For One-Time, shipping is calculated at checkout.

To receive your Lion & Bear subscription for the upcoming month, all orders must be placed by the 15th of the current month. Any orders placed after this date will be included in the following month's shipment. For example, if you want to receive the December shipment, be sure to place your order by November 15th. Orders placed on November 16th or later will receive the January shipment. This ensures that every set is carefully curated and delivered on time!

You can easily manage your subscription through your account on our website. Here, you can update your shipping information, change your subscription plan, or pause your subscription if needed. If you have any issues, our customer support team is always here to help.

We strive to offer unique and fresh selections every month. However, if you find that your child already has a book, that was included in our set please let us know. We will make every effort to ensure future shipments feature new and exciting stories.

To update your payment details, simply log into your customer account and click the Billing Information tab on your main account page.

We're sorry to see you go, but we understand if you need to take a break! To cancel your subscription, simply log into your customer account and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS or My Subscriptions. 

When you subscribe, you choose what age category you would like:

• The Wonderer (recommended for 0-2 years old)
• The Explorer (recommended for 3-5 years old)
• The Adventurer (recommended for 0-5 years old)

Within that category, you cannot choose specific books, but don't worry - we send amazing books.

The Adventurer Set includes 2 book, 1 book recommended for children 0-2 years old and 1 book catering to children aged 3-5 years old.The box is designed so children have books they can grow into.
